"Zoom" parties

Given the recent circumstances clubbing or event going out of your apartment has become quite a problem for everybody worldwide. Because of this many people turn to a new type of party - a digital one. Social distancing has never been a less of a problem with this type of an entertainment. By hosting a group call on Zoom, literary anyone can make his own international party in his bedroom, all you need is just an internet connection, grab a drink and call your friends.

Zoom is a virtual chat room, similar to Skype or FaceTime, of course originally it was created for the sake of working, host meetings with colleagues and studying, but in the recent times it opened many new other interesting possibilities. Many people across the planet started hosting parties online. The biggest advantage of such a party is that all you need is a devise with internet.

While you can’t dance next to your friends or go to the bar to get them a drink, you can create themes and games to play over Zoom. Plus, no one’s stopping you from dressing up or mixing yourself a cocktail. But be wise in terms of choosing the right company, Zoom allows up to 100 people for 40 minute “meetings” on their free plan. So, you know, keep that in mind.

Zoom has a compelling tool, you can change your background to anything you want and it is even more interesting and fun when you use it. Upload your own background picture or use any pre-installed once, Zoom has a plenty for any taste.

Throwing parties in this way may seem strange at first but it has many advantages, which are totally worth it. While you are not obliged to drinking, it may be a good option for those who are working from home and just want to unwind a little from working all day, additionally it will feel like you just got a drink from a bartender—and you didn’t even have to pay for it. And the best part about such a party, is that you no longer need to be bothered about getting an overpriced Uber back home from a party. Just close the meeting and that’s it, you are home! Parties were never more comfortable.
